Using different sizes of Tampax has proved itself and many women find
it especially nice. Because packages of 5 are available this is also economical.

For example, If you mainly use No. 1, take a box of TAMPAX No. 2 in
case you want greater absorbency for a day or at night.

Changing the Tampon
Your own flow determines how often you change menstrual protection.
Very personal and various conditions determine this. That's why there can't
be any general recommendations.

If you're using TAMPAX for the first time and therefore haven't any
guidance for changing tampons, use a pad in addition. Then you'll very
quickly learn how often you have to change a tampon. At the same time you'll
be convinced how absolutely safe TAMPAX is.
