                                      manufacturer's advertiser dealt
                                      with its market, and note the
                                      comment about forming brand
                                      preferences among the young, a
                                      vital act for any maker of a
                                      product. If people don't talk
                                      among themselves about products,
                                      as happens with menstrual products
                                      because of the shame and
                                        taboo, they have trouble
                                      going beyond what they first used
                                      and are at the mercy of
                                      advertisers.
